As a SP consultant, we have implemented HarePoint Workflow Extensions for multiple clients. Site provisioning and adding users to AD groups is greatly simplified using the actions from HarePoint, all without having to grant excessive access permissions. We have also found the string functions very convenient for preparing emails with dynamic content. We have found a number of uses for it well beyond the workflows which drove the decision to purchase.
