Manage HelpDesk emails in SharePoint

Situation:
Maybe HelpDesk type emails are being managed using Outlook. No way of tracking what sort of calls, duration, and if the emails/questions are being answered on time.

Solution:
HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint

Result:
"Guinea pigs" are the HR team. HR Supervisors are now able to track:

  • where the request is at?
  • who is responsible,
  • response times,
  • type of queries
  • etc.

Bottom line:
HelpDesk emails are easier to manage. Eliminate the use of Outlook to manage these sort of emails.
