Situation:
We needed to improve issue tracking and the efficiency of our IT department in solving day to day helpdesk issues. We had to way for users to create or track tickets. We also had to way to maintain and promise any type of service SLA.

Result:
The HarePoint HelpDesk product is amazing. Very robust and contains features we didn't event know we needed but use a lot now. Our users are very happy that they get alerts and responses to their IT issues and management is very happy to be able to see our results of HelpDesk work.
