Ticketing system is changed

Dear clients, we had to replace the ticketing system which we used for ten years with a new one. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to migrate the existing user accounts and tickets to the new system, so we will have to ask you create a new account and new tickets. We still have access to the old system and we can locate all your previous requests and replies, so you don’t need to resend all the information, but please send a brief description of your current issue in a new ticket so that we can refer to the existing ticket in the old system. If you register an account using an email address different from the one you have been using — please point us to the one used before so we can find all your previous requests and to continue the conversation ASAP. We are very sorry for this inconvenience, it was not the course of action that we would have chosen had we not been forced to by the circumstance. Once again sorry.
