This section can help you to understand how to place and pay your order for HarePoint products in the most convenient way for you.

Credit or debit cards

Step by step guide:

  1. To start placing your order, follow to the ordering page.
  2. Then choose required product and click "Purchase" button.
  3. On the next page choose required license and than click "Purchase" button.
  4. Provide the form on the next page with your details in the "Billing Information" section and provide your credit card details in the "Select a Payment Method" section. Click "Submit Order" button.
  5. Your order is complete! On the next page you will be provided with the registration key. Also the key, license details and invoice will be sent you to your email address provided earlier. Time of email delivery is no more than 48 hours (usually 5-10 minutes after credit card processing). Also it will be available to print Invoice/Order confirmation (as a .PDF file).

Bank/Wire Transfer

Step by step guide:

  1. To start placing your order, follow to the ordering page.
  2. Then choose necessary titles and licenses, check your order's amount at the bottom of the page and click "Purchase" button.
  3. Provide the form on the next page with your details in the "Billing Information" section and choose "Bank / Wire Transfer" option in the "Select a Payment Method" form. Click "Submit Order" button.

    * Note this payment method requires additional manual processing fee (EUR 9.12) and also it may be unavailable for some locations. Please contact e-commerce provider (PayPro Global, Inc.) customer care directly for details: https://payproglobal.com/customer-support

  4. Your order is completed! On the next page you will be provided with the information about bank accounts to transfer the amount and the ability to print Invoice for your Order (as a .PDF file). This information also will be sent to your email address.

You will be invoiced electronically immediately after order is placed. Registration key for the software is delivered electronically too and is generally available for delivery immediately following the receipt of payment or within 48 hours.

  4. Your order is completed! On the next page you will be provided with the detailed information about PO submitting process and acceptable payment ways (bank /wire transfer, check, credit card). This information also will be sent to your email address.

Step by step guide:

  1. To start placing your order, follow to the ordering page.
  2. Then choose necessary titles and licenses, check your order's amount at the bottom of the page and click "Purchase" button.
  3. On the next page review order details: titles, licenses and its number. Than provide the "Billing Information" and choose "PayPal" option in the "Select a Payment Method" form. Click "Submit Order" button.
  4. You will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment gate where you can login in your PayPal account to complete your order.
