How to add custom metadata fields to reports

Out of the box, HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint processes only the default metadata fields, like Author, Creation Date, Modification Date, etc. But for cases when the new custom metadata field has been added to the content, several steps are required to make sure this information is available in the reports.
