We are happy to announce a new version (v. 18.104.22.168) of HarePoint Helpdesk for SharePoint!
The new version of the SharePoint helpdesk solution contains a range of of improvements:
- A new report "Trends by users" is available.
- The feature: when escalation by SLA rule occurs, notification now can also be sent to the person responsible for the request before escalation.
- Old messages can be purged from Outbox folder automatically now.
- A new action "Set level as" has been added to the group of actions for escalation rules.
- A feature to specify user account from which requests which were sent by email are created.
- More improvements and fixes.
