New version of HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint is released!


HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint We would like to announce a new version of HarePoint Helpdesk for SharePoint!

There are some new outstanding features and improvements in the new version of the product:

  • possibility to view the history of request changes has been added;
  • personal signature with macroses can be used in technician replies now;
  • detection of web-page from which requests are created ('must-have' feature for everybody who has request form published on different pages of site);
  • possibility to notify users about request creation and to redirect users after submitting a ticket.
