Meet a new version of HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint!


We would like to present a new version of HarePoint HelpDesk - the solution for SharePoint that allows you to run an intelligent and efficient ticketing system on SharePoint 2019-2010 sites. Let take a look at the list of the main new features and improvements presented in the new version of the product:

  • You can create personal set of request views in the left pane now. This feature allows you to get handy, fast and personalized access to the required groups of requests:

  • Insert images into the request body by adding image file or drag-n-drop. This allows you to illustrate your answers easily; add any corporate identity or disclaimers:

  • Useful UI improvement - filtered columns in the Request dashboard are highlighted now:

  • Select multiple files to attach them to the message reply:

  • New column with the number of tasks assigned to the ticket is added and can be displayed in the dashboard:

  • Technicians can skip notifications about his own responses now:
