New version of HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint

SharePoint 2013 HelpDesk HarePoint HelpDesk is a ticketing solution for SharePoint sites performing customer service or requiring a user helpdesk. HarePoint HelpDesk guarantees you fast deployment and immediate readiness for use.

A new 15.5​.0.4 version contains the following improvements and fixes:

  • option to use a custom title for HarePoint HelpDesk pages;
  • the issue with display of pictures in notification messages is fixed;
  • some new macros have been added;
  • changes in the security model: HelpDesk settings pages can be viewed only by users with “Manage Web” permission.
