We are glad to announce the release of the beta version of new software product: HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint.
HarePoint HelpDesk is a ready-to-use user requests processing system for SharePoint internet and intranet sites. The solution can be fast and easily deployed and configured; it allows to create the required number of support sites in your site collection.
You can try the beta version of the solution now, however we gave special attention to HelpDesk updates, so the beta version can be updated without any issues. The current beta version will be live till July 1, and the release version will be issued on May 20, 2012.
