We would like to present you a new version of HarePoint Helpdesk for SharePoint!
The essential feature which is presented in new version of the software is the possibility to create new requests (and replies in the existing requests) based on email messages.
Now a Helpdesk user can send e-mail messages to the special address (for example 'email@example.com') and the new helpdesk request will be created automatically in HarePoint Helpdesk. Or, user can reply to the automatically generated email notification, and this reply will be added to the conversation topic as well.
Another great improvement in the new version is the search by requests. The helpdesk admin can define the list of ticket fields approved for search, and users will be able to find required information in the requests answered earlier. This feature is realy important, because it allows to speed-up replies and resolving issues.
