New version of HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint 2010

​​We are glad to inform you that a new version (v. 14.11) of HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint 2010 has been released. HarePoint Analytics is the ultimate web-analytics solution for sites based in SharePoint 2010 and it provides all facts about corporate site usage including detailed information about visitors; their behaviour and documents usage.

In a new version we would like to mark the following important update: the data processing procedure was changed and it calculates daily and monthly data separately. It allows to speed up the daily data processing significantly and avoid any issues with the product's performance.

There are some new useful reports also:

• 'Web-sites without visits' - to understand which web-sites were not visited from specified date; this report can be applied for site collection;
• 'Mobile Devices' and 'Mobile Device Details' - these reports provide the detailes regarding mobile devices usage;
• 'Workflow association usage', 'Workflow instances usage', 'Workflow instances duration' and 'Workflow instances by status' - these reports assist you to understand the usage and state of SharePoint workflows.

Some existed product reports have been updated:

• 'Browsers' – more browsers and their versions are available now;
• 'Operation systems' - Microsoft Windows 8 and Windows Server 2008 can be recognized now.
