HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint is a ready-to-use customer/user support system for SharePoint sites. It provides an efficient system for processing incoming support requests. The new version of product is fully compatible with SharePoint Server 2013, including the support of the new Windows 8 UI style.

Today we present two editions of HarePoint Helpdesk: Basic and Standard; you are welcome to know the difference between editions at the product roadmap page. Both editions are compatible with SharePoint 2013 and the Enterprise edition (expecting in early 2014) will have this compatibility too. HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint 2013 is the first native software solution on market for building helpdesk/service desk system on SharePoint 2013.
