XLSX, DOCX (Microsoft Office Documents) in SharePoint

HarePoint Workflow Extensions includes a set of ready-to-use workflow activities to work with Microsoft Office documents, including Word and Excel documents. This offers great opportunities to automate the generation of invoices, business offers and other standard documents. For example, workflow activities of the product can fill in a template document in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel format with values from SharePoint lists or SQL database or other Office Document, convert to PDF and send as an attachment by email.
