Licensing model

HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint is licensed by purchasing the required number of user licenses.

SharePoint user - a user authorized in any way on a SharePoint server; including users interacting with a SharePoint server through Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or other applications.

The number of user licenses for HarePoint Analytics for Sharepoint​ must be equal to the number of users having access to the SharePoint server(s).

If your environment contains more than 15 000 users, enterprise licensing with special pricing is available. To request a quote, please contact our sales department.

If your SharePoint server allows for the possibility of unauthorized (anonymous) access (e.g. web-sites), please, contact our sales department to specify details and get a quote for such licensing.​​​

Ordering

License notes and renewal

Upon purchase your license came with a free 1-year update period. Once this initial period expires an extension valid for a further year needs to be purchased in order to maintain access to the latest updates.
