In this video, we will show you creation of a simple workflow in Microsoft Visio with the help of HarePoint Workflow Extensions, to check all new items in Calendar. And if a file is attached to the Item, it will be send back via e-mail to the user and his manager with the notification which states storing files in Calendar as prohibited. Then workflow will remove the attachment from the entire message in the Calendar.
