Now you can create first document in the new Form Library:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-10.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Fill the form and click Save:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-11.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Specify the name:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-12.png\"><\/div>\n<p>The document has been created:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-13.png\"><\/div>\n<a name=\"creating\"><\/a>\n<h2>Creating a workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Make sure all required installations and setup are made for Document Conversion to work properly (please refer to <a href=\"\/Products\/HarePointWorkflowExtensions\/SharePoint-Document-Conversion-Service.aspx\">InfoPath to PDF Service Installation Guide<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Open SharePoint Designer and connect it to your SharePoint site. Create a new List Workflow for the Form Library. Note that <b>SharePoint 2010 Workflow<\/b> Platform Type should be used:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-14.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Add action \u2018Convert InfoPath Form and Save to Document Library\u2019 (located in HarePoint Activities \u2013 Document Conversion group):<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-15.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Specify <b>Current Item: Encoded Absolute URL<\/b> as list item url parameter:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-16.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Specify the Document Library URL, where converted form should be stored, e.g. <i>http:\/\/labsp13\/Converted%20Documents:<\/i><\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-17.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Allow this workflow to be manually started in SharePoint Designer:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-18.png\"><\/div>\n<p>Save and publish the workflow.<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-19.png\"><\/div>\n<a name=\"running\"><\/a>\n<h2>Running a workflow<\/h2>\n<p>Select filled form in form library and run Conversion workflow that was created in previous paragraph:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-20.png\"><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-21.png\"><\/div>\n<p>This workflow has no initiation parameters, so just click Start:<\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/Pictures\/Workflow\/SharePoint-InfoPath-PDF-22.png\"><\/div>\n<p>The workflow will start.
