Licensing model

Trial version has no limitations. But if you would like to use HarePoint User Catalog for SharePoint after the 30-day evaluation period, registration is required.

HarePoint User Catalog for SharePoint licensing is Server-based - the object of licensing is the Web Front End server (WFE). You need to license all WFEs in your environment. The number of users is unlimited.

Volume discounts

If your environment contains significant number of WFEs, we can offer you a system of volume discounts. To learn more, please contact our sales department.

License notes and renewal

Upon purchase your license came with a free 1-year update period. Once this initial period expires an extension valid for a further year needs to be purchased in order to maintain access to the latest updates.
