Licensing

The trial version has no limitations. But if you would like to use HarePoint Import and Upload for SharePoint after the 30-day evaluation period, purchase and registration are required.

There are two licensing models for HarePoint Import and Upload for SharePoint:

• Seat License
  The 'seat' number in a seat-based license means the number of users who have access to the software inside the company’s environment.
• Integrator License
  This license is intended for the software integrators, and provides the opportunity to use the software in their customers' environment.

If your need a significant number of seats for your environment, we can offer you a system of volume discounts. To learn more, please contact our sales department.

License notes and renewal

Upon purchase, your license comes with a free 1-year update period. Once this initial period expires, an extension for a further year needs to be purchased to maintain access to the latest product updates.​
