Convert PDF

HarePoint Workflow Extensions allows you to convert Microsoft Office documents to PDF. It can be used for automatic generation of documents such as invoices or commercial offers that are to be sent out of the company. Due to HarePoint Workflow Extensions you can automate the full cycle of invoice extension, which can be generated by requesting web services with the use of XML, databases with the use of SQL language, filling in the document template in Microsoft Word format with received values, converting to PDF and sending it as an e-mail attachment to customer. All these operations can be carried out automatically from SharePoint workflow.
